Next Telecom have provided us with outstanding support in the process of our Perth branch office transition to NBN. Nothing has been too difficult and issues such as new VOIP phone programming, routers programming, VPN functionality have been handled professionally and efficiently.

We updated our phone system to an online system with Next Telecom in 2019.  In light of the Covid situation in 2020, it has proven to be one of the best decisions we have made.  Our staff have moved to working from home and our phone system operates seamlessly.  This means that our client experience has not been jeopardised due to us being unable to take calls.  Next Telecom continue to be easy to deal with, responsive and technically excellent in their field.
