Can I check my mobile usage?
You can check your mobile usage in real time from the customer portal. It’s important to check this if you are concerned that you’ll exceed your included usage amount. We will send you an alert by SMS when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your monthly allowance. You can check data usage on your service by dialling #159 from your mobile service.
What's the difference between data banking and Fleet mobile plans?
Data Banking allows an individual service to bank its unused data for a nominated period of time or up to a nominated data level. Banked data cannot be shared with other services. There is no credit or rebate on unused data if the services is terminated or churns away
Fleet Data allows users on the same account to share their combined data allowances sp if one user is over their allowance, they can eat into the data allowance on other services.
When does Mobile Fleet data expire?
Unused Fleet Data expires at the end of each billing period. Banked data plans cannot be included in a fleet data pool. The normal auto applied additional data bolt on’s are applied once the fleet data allowance is exhausted. Notifications on data usage for Fleet Plans will be sent to the account owner.
What If we run out or use all of our data?
The data banking plans allow for up to 5X 2GB tops ups each month to gove you additional data. The fleet plans allow for up to 5 X 10GB Data top ups toy be used amongst your fleet each month.
How do we check our mobile data allowance?
Data Balances can be checked by dialling #159 from the device
What are the international call allowances in the mobile phone plan?
The international allowance is for international calls made from within Australia. This is not International Roaming which allows the service to make calls while outside of Australia.
When does the fleet mobile data use reset?
All usage on mobile phones resets on the 28th of the month.
I don’t know how much data I will use, what should I do?
Monitor your current daily data use, and check your previous bills to get an idea of your average usage. Here’s some examples of what 1Gb of computer data looks like:

Mobile Roaming
If you are planning to head overseas, you can add one of our travel packs to ensure you keep up to date with your email and essential communications. International roaming must be activated before the service leaves Australia. It cannot be activated while overseas.Contact us to get a roaming travel pack activated.
